Airport Businesses - Outside Lighting
With the decreasing daylight hours, we would like to encourage all airport tenants to thoroughly check your facilities and ensure all outside lighting is working properly. Please check any motion detectors, photo cells and make sure light switches are in the proper position. With proper operation of outside lighting the Jefferson County Sheriff and airport staff can better help keep our buildings and properties as safe as possible. FAA Safety Seminar ? September 30, 2006
Redstone College will host a seminar titled "Airworthiness for Airmen" on September 30th from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The location for the seminar is Redstone College, located at Jeffco Airport. Eleven different classes will be offered thoughout the day. "Wings" cards will be available for pilots and IAs will receive credit for each hour of class time they attend.  For a full course list, please refer to http://www.faasafety.gov/.
