Asphalt Overlay Project
The airport staff is very happy to announce that an asphalt overlay on the eastern most taxiway lane will take place starting Monday, July 17th. Location includes the port-a-port area which directly serve hangars G - 7 and 9; H - 9, 11, 13, 15, and 17; I - 8, 10, 12,13,14, 15 and 16. The listed hangar tenants will be contacted directly. The start date was been changed to Monday, July 17th instead of Monday, July 10th due to scheduling complications. This project is contracted to last 5 days. The area will be coned off through the duration of the project, so please be aware as you use the adjacent areas to the project. Taxiway "A" Relocation Project
The third phase of the Taxiway "A" Relocation Project is scheduled to begin on Monday, July 10th. At this time, the A-12 connector between the Stevens Aviation Ramp and the Alpha Taxiway will be closed and barricaded. A portion of the Stevens Ramp will close, and personnel and equipment will be operating adjacent to Taxiway Alpha and Taxiway Charlie. Access to the Stevens Ramp will still be available via the eastern portion of the ramp, from Taxiways Charlie and Kilo.
Please use caution for personnel and equipment operating on the airfield and in ramp areas, and make sure to check for updated NOTAMs and ACRs throughout the construction.
