    Targeted Sectors

Based on the 2013 Sectors Summit, the AJC has adopted three targeted sectors:

    • Health and Wellness
    • Advanced Manufacturing
    • Software Development

Additionally, the Workforce Investment Board (WIB) is exploring adding the Creative Industries sector in 2014 to attract advertising, visual effects and gaming firms from the media/entertainment industry.

Fourteen key industries were identified as critical to Colorado’s economy through the analysis of labor market data and the development of the Governor’s bottom-up, statewide economic development plan called the Colorado Blueprint.

More information about each sector and how to get involved in the industry partnerships is available at:

    AddONE logoAddONE Campaign

AddONE is a group of business leaders, community stakeholders and government agencies who joined together to create a grass roots initiative that intends to grow our local economy, one job at a time. AddONE contends that if just a portion of the business community hires one new employee, the economic multiplier would be significant. Even better, AddONE is a business-driven initiative that challenges businesses to AddONE, and then asks those businesses to challenge others.

In order to make another pledge or to challenge another business to join AddONE, please send the following information to addone@jeffco.us:
