Tax lists (1870-1948) indicate the property owner name, mailing address (often just a post office name), legal description of land owned, schedule number of property, assessed value of land, assessed value of improvements to land (but no description of what the improvements are), and the total assessed value of all personal property. Records are arranged by year, and entries for each year are in alphabetical order by the name of the property owner.
