Departmental Records Retention Schedules

Functional Retention Schedule Item Numbers
supersede Departmental Retention Schedule Item Numbers.
All Item Numbers, old and new, are cross-referenced.

Examples:

The series Employee Time Sheets and Cards was previously Item Number 3040 on the General Schedule. There is now a notation on the General Schedule indicating that HRM-TIM-405 is the new Item Number for that series.

The series Daily Civil Cash Receipts Reports was previously Item Number 845 on the Sheriff Support Services Schedule. There is now a notation on the Sheriff Support Services Schedule indicating that FIN-CSH-455 D is the new Item Number for that series.

The series Planning Commission Meeting Minutes was previously Item Number 397 on the Planning and Zoning Schedule. There is now a notation on the Planning and Zoning Schedule indicating that MTG-MIN-040 is the new Item Number for that series.
