The following sales files were used in the 2011 reappraisal for the mass appraisal analysis and value compliance review. They are separated by property type, and contain the primary attributes used for the mass appraisal model. Additional sale files have been included that pertain to specific value issues: low quality homes, multiple improvements on a single schedule, duplex/triplex sales, modular construction and high end home sales.
