November 6, 2009:	Governor Ritter forwards his 2010-11 budget request to the Legislature which includes a request that the Senior Property Tax Exemption be eliminated for the year affecting 2011 tax bills.
April 8, 2010:	Senate Bill 10-190 is introduced sponsored by Senators White, Keller, and Tapia and Representatives Reisberg and Pommer, which would eliminate the Senior Property Tax Exemption for an additional period of two (2) years, 2010 and 2011 for taxes payable in 2011 and 2012.
April 16, 2010:	SB 10-190 referred by Appropriations Committee to Committee of the Whole (entire Senate) as amended Senators Bacon, Heath, Hodge, Keller, White, Romer and Tapia voted in favor. Senators Harvey, King K., and Kopp, voted against.
April 20, 2010:	SB 10-190 amended by Senate on Second Reading and the appropriation for the senior and disabled property tax exemptions is reduced by $91,729,198 for the 2010-11 fiscal year.
April 23, 2010:	SB 10-190 is passed on Third Reading by the Senate.     Senators Bacon, Boyd, Carroll M., Foster, Gibbs, Heath, Hodge, Hudak, Johnson, Keller, Morse, Newell, Romer, Steadman, Tapia, White, Williams and President Shaffer voted YES to pass the bill.   Senators Brophy, Cadman, Harvey, Kester, King K, Kopp, Lundberg, Mitchell, Penry, Renfroe, Sandoval, Scheffel, Schwartz, Spence, Tochtrop and Whitehead voted NO against passing the bill (link to reengrossed bill SB 10-190).
April 26, 2010:	SB 10-190 as amended is introduced in House and assigned to Appropriations Committee.
