Duties:
Makes recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners on a wide variety of land use applications, including: rezonings; special uses; vacations; special district service plans; and subdivision plats. Makes, updates and adopts the County's Comprehensive Master Plan.

Schedule:

• First two Wednesday's of each month
• Pre-Meeting: 5:30 p.m.
• Public Hearing: 6:15 p.m.
• Third Wednesday of each month
• No Pre-Meeting or Public Hearings
• Fourth and fifth (if applicable) Wednesday of each month
• Pre-Meeting: 1:00 p.m.
• Public Hearing: 1:45 p.m.

Pre-Meetings are held in room 1566/67 (behind Hearing Room One on the First Floor) of the Jefferson County Administration and Courts Facility, 100 Jefferson County Parkway, Golden, Colorado 80419.

Public Hearings are held in Hearing Room One of the Jefferson County Administration and Courts Facility, 100 Jefferson County Parkway, Golden, Colorado 80419.

Number of persons and length of terms:

• Seven (7) regular members-three (3) year term
• Two (2) alternate members- one (1) year term

Remuneration:
$20.00 per meeting
$20.00 per field trip
