The Mansion is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.  We are closed most legal holidays.  However, evenings, weekends and holidays are available by reservation or by appointment.  Please call ahead for visiting availability as we are heavily reserved and may not be completely open to the public.

Directions
The Mansion is located at the Lookout Mountain Nature Preserve just 20 minutes west of downtown Denver. The address is 900 Colorow Road, Golden, Colorado 80401. 

From Denver ~
Take I-25 to 6th Avenue west; 6th Avenue to I-70 west; I-70 to exit #256  (Lookout Mountain/Buffalo Bill exit). Follow large brown signs for about four miles. 
   
From Boulder/Golden ~
Take Highway 93 south to Golden; then take 6th Avenue east to the 2nd traffic light.  Turn right on Heritage Road and follow south to stop sign; turn right onto Highway 40 south past Heritage Square to I-70 west; I-70 to exit 256 (Lookout Mountain/Buffalo Bill exit).  Follow large brown signs for about four miles.  
  
From Boulder/Golden (scenic route) ~
Take Highway 93 south to Golden; then take 6th Avenue east to the 1st traffic light.  Turn right on Lookout Mountain Road/19th Street; follow Lookout Mountain Road (Lariat Trail) up the mountain; go past Buffalo Bill's Museum to Colorow Road.  Turn right on Colorow Road and go one mile. 
  
From Evergreen ~
Take I-70 east to exit 254 (Genesee exit); turn left at the top of ramp to Highway 40; turn right on Highway 40 east to Lookout Mountain Road.  Turn left on Lookout Mountain Road to Colorow Road.  Turn left on Colorow Road and go one mile. 
  
From South Jefferson County ~
Take C-470 north to I-70 west; I-70 to exit #256  (Lookout Mountain/Buffalo Bill exit). Follow large brown signs for about four miles.
