    All projects must meet or exceed the requirements of the 2009 IECC Chapter 5 ASHRAE/IESNA 90.1 or simulated energy performance analysis per the 2009 IECC Section 506. Simulated energy methods per Section 506 will be permitted on the plans with a PE stamp on the drawings.
