Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Fee Schedule

Fees for Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing work done in conjunction with an active Building Permit issued on or after June 1, 1995 are included in the Building Permit fee. For Building permit fee information please see the other fee schedule.
New fees effective 07/01/07.

VALUE	FEE
Not more than $2000.00	$30.00
More than $2000.00 but not more than $50,000.00	$14.00 per each $1000.00 valuation or fraction thereof
More than $50,000.00 but not more than $500,000.00	$150.00 plus $11.00 per each $1,000.00 valuation of fraction thereof
More than $500,000.00	$1,150.00 plus $9.00 per each $1,000.00 valuation or fraction thereof.
