Building Safety Director

Building Division Director - Becky Baker Becky Baker
Building Director, Jefferson County

Rebecca Baker is the Director of the Building Division for unincorporated Jefferson County, Colorado. She has held this position since 1996.

She first became a building official in 1984. Baker is ICC certified as a Building Inspector, Plans Examiner, Fire Inspector II, Mechanical Inspector, Plumbing Inspector, holds all three Energy Code Certifications and is a Building Code Official as well as a Certified Building Official.

Baker is an Honorary Member of the International Code Council (ICC), a past president of the Colorado Chapter of the ICC, and currently participates on several state and national committees.
