Address Wizard- Look up snow loads, elevation or physical, political, property and special district data by address. Jeffco Permit Search - Search for information on permits issued by Jefferson County, Colorado by address, contractor or permit number. Jeffco Online Permitting and Inspection Requests Jefferson County now offers an online application process for permits and inspection requests.  Re-Roofing Information - Find useful information on re-roofing permits, procedures and inspections.   Walk-Through Plan Review and permitting is available for basement finishes, garages, decks and other small projects, from 9 am to 4 pm. Carbon Monoxide Alarms - A new state law effective July 1, 2009 requires the installation of carbon monoxide alarms in existing single- and multi-family dwellings under certain conditions.

Building Codes - the County has adopted the 2009 International Codes with amendments effective January 1, 2010. Find information on the new codes by clicking on the Building Codes link above.
