Building Codes - the County has adopted the 2009 International Codes with amendments effective January 1, 2010. Find information on the current codes by clicking on the Building Codes link above. Climatic and Geographic Design Criteria - from Table R301.2(1) of the 2009 Jefferson County Residential Code Supplement - find current design criteria information for your project. Energy Code Information -Energy calculation information, including Manual J and Manual D worksheets and requirements for photovoltaic system installation. Jeffco Online Permitting and Inspection Requests Jefferson County offers an online application process for permits and inspection requests.  Jeffco Permit Search - Search for information on permits issued by Jefferson County, Colorado by address, contractor or permit number. Online Feature - Emailed Inspection Results -  Sign up for online permitting and receive inspection result via email from the field (read more). Re-Roofing Information - Find useful information on re-roofing guide, permits, procedures and inspections.   Walk-Through Plan Review and permitting is available for basement finishes, garages, decks and other small projects, from 9 am to 4 pm.
