  • Special Event Liquor Permit

    A complete application must be received and submitted to Jefferson County 60 days before the event. Please review the following application packet of requirements to ensure all necessary forms and information are submitted.

    Who Can Apply

    • Special Event Liquor Permits are issued to non-profit organizations to sell alcohol, by drink only; to the public in a venue that does not have a liquor license.

    Application Deadline

    • The Special Event Liquor Permit Application Checklist and Packet Adobe PDF Icon  must be completed and submitted to Jefferson County 60 days before your event.

    Fees for Special Event Liquor Permit

    • Check(s) for $100 per event for 3.2 percent fermented malt beverage or malt, vinous and spirituous liquors payable to Jefferson County.


    Submission Information

    • Please submit the completed application to the Local Licensing Authority (Jefferson County Liquor Licensing Office, 100 Jefferson County Parkway, Suite 2530).
