Customer Relationship Management

Community Development is creating a model of service that focuses on Customer Relationship Management (CRM). CRM maintains a focus on long-term relationships, detailing customer needs, anticipating trends, and tracking data that will facilitate continued success. The Division has added an Analyst, who will focus all efforts on implementing CRM practices. The components of CRM that we are focusing on throughout the next twelve months include:

  • Customer Analysis - Internal and External Customer questions and data collection;
  • Community Assessments - A tool that will provided long-term to participating cities and non-profit partners, to assist them in planning efforts that will meet the needs of Jefferson County citizens;
  • Internal process restructure - streamlining our processes to meet the needs of customers and ensure the highest value to our customers.
