Community Services Advisory Board Meeting Agenda The Community Services Advisory Board reviews and submits projects for approval by the Board of County Commissioners. Each member is appointed by the Board of County Commissioners for a two-year term. Applications are solicited via public notice. Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Courts and Administration Building, which is located at 100 Jefferson County Parkway, Golden.
