Pam Anderson, Jefferson County Clerk & Recorder
Pam was elected the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder in 2006. Previously she had served as the elected City Clerk for the City of Wheat Ridge. Pam has worked in the banking and service industries, in city and state government in management and administration and as a legislative aide to several representatives in the Colorado State Legislature. The Clerk & Recorder’s division is responsible for several functions including coordination of Elections, Recording of all public documents, Motor Vehicle registration, and Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners. She has a B.A. in History and a Masters degree in Public Administration.
Pam is a Certified Election Official for the State of Colorado. She also serves as a Commissioner for the Election Best Practices and Vision Commission for the Colorado Secretary of State. She is a Republican, a member of the Colorado County Clerks Association, Optimist Club, American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, and the National Association of County Recorders, Election Officials and Clerks.
Pam is married to Jay and they have two children, ages 12 and 10. She enjoys public speaking, especially on the topic of civic engagement. She also enjoys all outdoor activities with a particular fondness for baseball, camping and fishing.
