Fatherhood Classes and Events As iron sharpens iron, so shall man sharpen man. Are you interested in sharpening your parenting skills and learning ways to build a stronger relationship with your children? Fitness for Fathers Fitness for Fathers is offered to everyone on Saturday afternoons. This is a peer-based support group for nonresidential parents. Through this group, parent are given access to various Human Services and community based resources. This is also a great place to network for employment and other opportunities.
