Tasting

Please fill out and submit the application with the certificate of completion from the Tastings Permit Class and the fees to our office at:

                    100 Jefferson County Parkway
                    Golden, CO  80419-2560

Premise will be posted.  If no letters of opposition are received your application will be approved.

If you change your Tasting Server you will need to notify our office in writing and include a copy of a certificate of training completion from a program that meets standards established by the Liquor Enforcement Division of the Colorado Department of Revenue.  Once our office has acknowledged the change, the new server can begin to serve at the scheduled tasting. 

Any changes to the approved schedule must be submitted in writing to our office no later than ten (10) days prior to the first day when an added or changed tasting will be conducted. 

The fees are Tasting Permit $75.00 annual fee and $25.00 for first time application.
