Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-008

RE: TREASURER - REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION OF TAX LIEN #1998-01887; SCHEDULE #420876

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves cancellation of the 1998 taxes that were erroneously assessed and subsequently sold at the tax lien sale. The County holds the certificate on this property which is known as Tract A, Summertree Lane, Sec 36, Twn 2, Rng 70. The current value of the certificate is $41.98 (tax amount $18.32 interest/fees $23.66) good through January 31, 2000.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan Absent
Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
