Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-012

RE: BOARD OF EQUALIZATION - ABATEMENT/REFUND OF PROPERTY TAXES

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the findings and recommendations of the board-appointed referee denoted in the corresponding abatement resolutions and adopts those findings and recommendations as its final action on these abatement appeals.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
