Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-013

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - CONTRACT - GRANT THORNTON LLP FOR FINANCIAL AND COMPLIANCE AUDITING SERVICES

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the contract between the County and GRANT THORNTON LLP in an amount not to exceed $91,000.00 to provide financial and compliance auditing services. The County's authorized representative is Dave Strasburger, or other person as may be designated by the County Administrator.

The contract term shall be for one year with an option to renew for two additional one-year terms.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan Absent
Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
