Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-018

RE: COMMUNITY RESOURCES - OPEN SPACE - MEYER RANCH OPTION OS84-05

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves for title commitment, environmental site assessment, appraisal, survey and negotiations for the preservation of approximately 131.657 acres as stated in the attached OSAC Resolution.

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan Aye
Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
