Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-019

RE: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS - APPOINTMENTS TO THE JEFFERSON COUNTY CULTURAL COUNCIL

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the reappointments of Geoffrey Wodell and Janet Shangraw as regular members on the Jefferson County Cultural Council.

Approves the appointment of Florence (Flodie) Anderson as a regular member on the Jefferson County Cultural Council.

Approves the terms of these appointments to be effective date of this resolution, to expire December 31, 2002 or until reappointed or replaced by the Board of County Commissioners.

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan Aye
Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
