Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-026

RE: COMMUNITY RESOURCES - OPEN SPACE - CENTURA HEALTH/HIGHWAY 74 TRAIL/EASEMENT AGREEMENT/JEFFERSON COUNTY OS99-048

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the execution of the Easement Agreement Between Jefferson County and Centura Health for use, operation and maintenance of 361 square feet, or 0.0083 acres, of land for non-motorized trail purposes within the Highway 74 Trail Corridor as constructed.

Authorization for: 1) the Chairman of the Board to Execute the Easement Agreement for Trail use, operation and maintenance; 2) the County Attorney's Office to cause said Easement to be recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson County.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
