Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-041

RE: PUBLIC WORKS - HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION - ACCEPTANCE OF ROADS - BEAR CREEK VILLAGE, FILING 5

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the following roadways for maintenance and declare them County roads and part of the County road system:

Bear Creek Village, Filing No. 5:

· West Auburn Avenue from east property line to South Tabor Way
· West Auburn Drive south from Wellburn Avenue to North Tabor Way
· South Tabor Way north from West Auburn Drive northwest to cul-de-sac
· South Union Court from West Auburn Avenue to cul-de-sac
· South Urban Court from West Auburn Avenue northeast to cul-de-sac

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Absent
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
