Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-043

RE: HUMAN SERVICES - EXTEND CONTRACT - STATE OF COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES FOR CHILD CARE QUALITY AND AVAILABILITY IMPROVEMENT

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Extension Agreement #2 for the Contract between Jefferson County and the Colorado Department of Human Services for the Child Care Quality and Availability Improvement and authorizes the Chairman of the Board to sign the same. The effective date of this Contract is December 31, 1999 through June 30, 2000.

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Absent
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
