Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-047

RE: COUNTY ATTORNEY - RATIFICATION OF INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT AND EASEMENT AGREEMENT - CITY OF GOLDEN FOR JOHNSON ROAD IMPROVEMENTS

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby ratifies the execution of the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Golden and the County of Jefferson dated March 11, 1999; and approves the execution of the Easement Agreement required by 3.02 of the Intergovernmental Agreement.

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Absent
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
