Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-058

RE: TREASURER, CLERK & RECORDER, PUBLIC TRUSTEE - DUNBAR ARMORED, INC. FOR ARMORED CAR SERVICES

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the award of a contract between the County and Dunbar Armored, Inc. in the amount of $28,368.00 to provide armored car services.

The term of the contract will be January 4, 2000 through December 31, 2000.

The County's authorized representative is David Strasburger. The authorized representative may approve any change order, provided that no combination of change orders shall increase the total price payable under this contract by more than 5% or an amount greater than $29,786.40.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
