Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-059

RE: TECHNICAL SERVICES - IT OPERATIONS - CONTRACT - PREMIER NETWORK SOLUTIONS, INC. FOR VOICE AND DATA CABLE INSTALLATION FOR THE MINIMUM SECURITY FACILITY EXPANSION PROJECT

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the contract between the County and PREMIER NETWORK SOLUTIONS, INC. in the amount of $40,428.65 for installation of voice and data cable at the minimum security facility. The County's authorized representative is Sandy Mikos, or other person as may be designated by the Department Director or County Administrator. The authorized representative may approve any change order provided that no combination of change orders shall increase the total price payable under this contract by more than five percent (5%) or an amount greater than $42,450.08.

Work on this project shall be completed in accordance with the schedule established by the County's authorized representative.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
