Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-063

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - FLEET - PURCHASE ORDER - WAGNER EQUIPMENT CO. FOR ONE VIBRATORY COMPACTOR (PAYOFF PURCHASE OPTION)

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the expenditure of $67,802.48 to Wagner Equipment Co. for the balance owed on one (1) Caterpillar model CB534C vibratory compactor.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
