Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-066

RE: PUBLIC WORKS - ROAD & BRIDGE - PURCHASE ORDER MODIFICATION - INDEPENDENT SALT COMPANY FOR ROCK SALT

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the expenditure of an additional amount not to exceed $40,470.00 for the purchase and hauling of rock salt, for a total expenditure of $94,430.00.

Deliveries will be made on an as needed basis.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
