Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-068

RE: SHERIFF - TERMINATE LEASE AGREEMENT - FAIRMOUNT FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby terminates the Lease Agreement between the County and the Fairmount Fire Protection District. There is no longer a need for emergency backup in the building of the Radio Maintenance Shop located at 200 Jefferson County Parkway.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
