Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. CC00-076
RE: TREASURER - REDEMPTION OF ERRONEOUS TAX SALE - CERTIFICATE 1994-00035 AND ABATEMENT OF THE 1998 TAXES ON SCHEDULE #197107
Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves a county redemption of the 1994, 1995, 1996 and 1997 taxes erroneously sold at the tax lien sale and an abatement of the erroneously assessed 1998 taxes on property known as: Lot 1, Key B, Ken Caryl Ranch The Valley Recreation Center Exemption Survey.
The cost to redeem the erroneous sale is $2,137.01. The cost to abate the 1998 taxes is $470.23 ($427.48 tax and $42.75 interest). These figures are good to February 29, 2000.
Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
