Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-077

RE: SHERIFF - ANIMAL CONTROL - AMENDMENT TO THE ANIMAL CONTROL AND LICENSING REGULATION

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the attached amendment (Exhibit A) to the Habitual and Persistent Barking Dog section of the Animal Control and Licensing Regulation in the County Policy and Procedure Manual, Chapter 5.82 to be effective for all complaints received after the date the amendment is adopted.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
