Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-082

RE: COMMUNITY RESOURCES - OPEN SPACE - INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT - CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE FOR RELEASE OF OPEN SPACE ATTRIBUTABLE SHARE FUNDS

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Intergovernmental Agreement between Jefferson County and the City of Wheat Ridge in order to release the City's open space attributable share funds currently held by the County. All City attributable share funds received by the County subsequent to the date of this agreement by both entities shall be released and forwarded to the City of Wheat Ridge on monthly basis.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
