Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-169

RE: PUBLIC WORKS - CONTRUCTION MANAGEMENT - GOODSON & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION TESTING SERVICES

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves a renewal of the contract between the County and Goodson & Associates, Inc. for construction testing and inspection services for the term of June 1, 2000 through May 31, 2001.

The County's authorized representative under the contract is Anne Panza or other person as may be designated by the Division Director or the County Administrator.

The estimated expenditure for the renewal term is $75,000.00.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
