Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-197

RE: APPOINTMENT TO THE JEFFERSON COUNTY COOPERATIVE EXTENSION ADVISORY BOARD

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the reappointment of Bernard Griswold as a regular member on the Jefferson County Cooperative Extension Advisory Board.

Approves the term of this appointment to be effective April 1, 2000, to expire March 31, 2004 or until reappointed or replace by the Board of County Commissioners.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
