Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. CC00-243

WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Department of Jefferson County has proposed to revise Section 2.3 of the Jefferson County Policies and Procedures Manual to establish 3-year staggered terms for members of the Engineering Advisory Board; and

WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by this Board on May 2, 2000; and

WHEREAS, based on the evidence, testimony, exhibits, recommendations of the Jefferson County Planning and Zoning Department, and comments from all interested parties, this Board finds as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the amendment to the Jefferson County Policies and Procedures Manual as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be and hereby is APPROVED. This revision is effective as of May 2, 2000.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
