Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-265

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - FACILITIES - RENEW LEASE AGREEMENT - FSM LAKEWATER, L.P. FOR EDGEWATER HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT WIC OFFICE

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Fourth Option to Renew the Lease Agreement between Jefferson County and FSM Lakewater, L.P. for approximately 2,000 square feet of office space located at 1981 Sheridan, Unit B, Edgewater, Colorado, for use by the Jefferson County Health and Environment Department for its Edgewater WIC office. The Fourth Option to Renew extends the term of the lease for an additional one-year period, commencing August 1, 2000, to and including July 31, 2001. The annual base rent has increased pursuant to the terms of the Lease Agreement to $24,000.00, payable in monthly installments of $2,000.00, plus monthly common area costs (CAM) to be adjusted annually. This is the final renewal option.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
