Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-266

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT - AMEND INTERGOVERNMENTAL SERVICE AGREEMENT - STATE OF COLORADO FOR WILDFIRE COORDINATOR AND FOREST STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Seventh Amendment of the Intergovernmental Service Agreement between the County and the State of Colorado which established a wildfire coordinator position and the administration of the Forest Stewardship Program for Jefferson County. This amendment extends the term of the agreement by one year, from April 2000 through March 31, 2001, with a County contribution of $20,000 for the coordinator position and $5,500 to support the Forest Stewardship Program. Total amount of contribution will be $25,500.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
