Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-281

RE: COMMUNITY RESOURCES - OPEN SPACE - LESLEA/PS/FOOTHILLS PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT/JCOS 0S00-016

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the execution of the pending Commissioner's Easements to Southwest Metropolitan Water and Sanitation District for non-exclusive easements over approximately 27,938.00 square feet or 0.651 acres, more or less. The utilities will service the Administration and Programming buildings for the future Foothills Park and Recreation District campus.

Authorization for: 1) the Chairman of the Board to execute the Commissioner's Easements; and 2) the County Attorney's Office to cause said easements or documents to be recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson County

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
