Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-282

RE: COMMUNITY RESOURCES - OPEN SPACE - APEX/MC/GOLDEN/UTILITY EASEMENT OS00-028

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the execution of a Commissioner's Easement to the city of Golden for a non-exclusive easement over 0.62 acres, more or less, to allow for the construction, operation and maintenance of a water system improvement facility to improve the water supply for city residents.

Authorization for: 1) the Chairman of the Board to execute the Commissioner's Easement; 2) the County Attorney's Office to cause said easement or documents to be recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson County.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
