Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-289

RE: TREASURER - ABATEMENT ON SCHEDULE #046644; LEGAL: LOT 145, BLOCK 6, INDIAN HILLS 4^TH FLG.

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an abatement of the 1995, 1996, 1997 and 1998 taxes on the above schedule number in the amount of $159.62.

These taxes were erroneously paid by Gladys H. Freeman and must be refunded.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Absent

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
