Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-306

RE: TECHNICAL SERVICES - IT OPERATIONS - PURCHASE ORDER - LUCENT TECHNOLOGIES, INC. FOR AUDIX SYSTEM UPGRADE

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an expenditure in the amount of $46,194.30 to Lucent Technologies, Inc. for the purchase of an upgrade to the Audix System.

Delivery is anticipated by May 31, 2000.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
