Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-307

RE: TECHNICAL SERVICES - ARCHIVES AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT/IT DEVELOPMENT - CONTRACT - SOUND FOUNDATION, INC. FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR ENTERPRISE DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM STUDY

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Contract between the County and Sound Foundation, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $116,000 for consulting services.

The County's authorized representatives are Sally Hyatt and Duncan McCollum, or other person as may be designated by the Technical Services Director or County Administrator. The authorized representatives may approve any change order, provided that no combination of change orders shall increase the total price payable under this contract by more than 8% or an amount greater than $125,000.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
