Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. CC00-309
RE: PUBLIC WORKS - PLANNING AND ZONING - AMEND AGREEMENT - U.S. GEOLOGICAL SURVEY FOR WATER RESOURCES INVESTIGATION
Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves and ratifies the Joint Funding Agreement between the County and the U.S. Geological Survey dated October 1, 1997, relating to the ground water assessment study; and further, approves the Amendment to such Agreement to increase the funding as follows:

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
