Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-326

RE: COUNTY ATTORNEY/IT OPERATIONS - RECORDS ACCESS AGREEMENT

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Agreement between the County and unspecified Users for the purchase of information developed and/or maintained by the County. The Agreement does not need to be signed by the County provided that the Agreement is in substantially the form attached as Exhibit A, Records Access Agreement.

That the Board of County Commissioners further resolves that this Agreement may be used on the Internet and that, in such event, no signature will be required on behalf of the County or the User provided that the Agreement is in substantially the form attached as Exhibit A and that the User indicates its acceptance of the Agreement by providing a credit card number to the County.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
