Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-327

RE: CLERK & RECORDER - AMERICOMM DIRECT MARKETING FOR PRODUCTION OF ABSENTEE BALLOT PACKETS

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the contract between the County and AmeriComm Direct Marketing in the amount of $43,180.96 to produce absentee election ballot packets for the 2000 Primary and General coordinated elections.

The County's authorized representative is Catherine Molleck or other person as may be designated by the Clerk & Recorder. The authorized representative may approve any change order, provided that no combination of change orders shall increase the total price payable under this contract by more than 5% or an amount greater than $45,340.00.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
