Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-328

RE: HUMAN SERVICES - JUSTICE SERVICES - AMEND CONTRACT - STATE OF COLORADO, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY FOR COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS SERVICES

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves and authorizes the Chairman to sign Allocation Letter No. 01-01 in the amount of $2,398,893 for the period July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001.

Be it further resolved that the Board of County Commissioners approves Contract Amendment No. 1 allowing community corrections programs to charge each offender participating in the program up to thirteen dollars per day while in residential placement.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
